About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst (Enterprise Data Warehouse), you will collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams. You will work alongside business operations analysts, business leaders, data/BI engineers, and other team members to deliver impactful technical data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and developing metrics that matter to the enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather metrics requirements, and determine data and reporting insights to deliver datasets (from Snowflake data warehouse data) to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop multiple complex SQL queries and views (synthesizing and formatting data from multiple sources for distribution to stakeholders).
  • Design and develop highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online to display results and key insights.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics as a core skill.
  • Expertise in prototyping and designing metrics, Tableau visualization, dashboards and reports, data analyses, and experiments with actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills to share data findings with the broader team and partner with them to drive prioritization and shape metrics design and implementation decisions.
  • Expert-level proficiency with SQL, data models, and data/BI platform applications such as Snowflake and Tableau. Expertise in manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using a variety of data sources and tools.
  • Close collaboration with Enterprise Data Warehouse BI and Data Engineers to design data integration, metric definitions, SLAs, and unlock necessary data for reports, analyses, and high-quality decision-making across the company.
  • Understanding of integrated business processes in applications such as SalesForce, Netsuite ERP, Workday, etc.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metrics.
  • Familiarity with Sales (CPQ, etc.), Marketing, and Finance (Q2C, R2R, P2P) metrics.
  • Tableau / Snowflake Certification.
