Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work alongside a US-based healthcare company that has a strong presence nationwide, with thousands of stores located across the country. The company is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare solutions and promoting overall well-being for its customers. What will I be doing? - Identify business requirements, design processes that adapt the business logic and communicate with business stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs. - Collaborate closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver exceptional dashboards and data sources that exceed expectations. - Utilize your expertise in creating advanced BI dashboards with interactive charts. - Perform data analysis tasks using SQL, including the creation and maintenance of necessary database tables, data validation and testing, and optimization of fact tables for reporting purposes. - Analyze data, interpret relationships and correlation, and present and articulate business insights. - Support development of processes in data warehouse including creating tables, triggers, ETL and stored procedures and functions to support data needs of the BI reports. - Embrace an agile methodology, emphasizing iterative design and the creation of rapid, impactful solutions while exploring valuable innovation prospects. - Document data flows and technical designs to ensure compliance to guarantee alignment with client specifications and facilitate a smooth handover process. What expertise do I need? - Background in Economics, business, Computer Science or related. - Hands-on experience in visualization tools, Tableau is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to across teams. - Advanced experience in SQL with focus on data analysis. What about languages? Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! How much experience must I have? To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst and strong background in SQL and data visualization tools.
