Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business impacts of various departments and devise metrics to track their performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to define crucial KPIs and enhance company-wide performance metrics and reporting.
• Design and implement informative reports and dashboards using advanced enterprise reporting tools.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide data-driven insights.
• Manage and ensure the integrity of a corporate metrics repository, promoting clarity and uniformity across the board.
• Monitor and enhance data quality, collaborating with data owners to resolve any discrepancies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related area.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, IT, or data management.
• Proficiency in data systems related to Machine Learning, SAS, Big Data is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical capabilities in data collection, mining, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with programming languages and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Advanced knowledge in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and business intelligence platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos.
• An unwavering commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
