About the Role
NIQ's Client Delivery team in Brazil is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst. You will work on Assortment and Route to Market (RTM) solutions:
- Assortment Optimization: Identify crucial products for customers and optimize assortment plans to boost sales and customer loyalty down to the local store level.
- Route-to-Market (RTM): Evaluate opportunities to enhance sales and quantify the impacts of various outputs, optimizing distribution, salesforce planning, and marketing effects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze results for Assortment and RTM projects, creating presentations as defined in the Story Flow meeting.
- Design analytical flows and implement the SCQA process in all projects, ensuring smooth integration with NielsenIQ solutions.
- Manage your projects, interact with client teams, and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (commercial and modeling) to ensure seamless process flow.
- Address contingencies and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to implementation and training of new joiners, supervise interns with support from the team manager.
- Lead internal initiatives, setting expectations among local, regional, and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid analytical experience with Business Intelligence and data analysis in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in category or assortment management is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
