About the Opportunity

The Corporate Accounting Department is excited to announce an opening for either a Senior or Advanced Business Intelligence Analyst. This position, reporting directly to the Accounting and Finance Senior Manager, is based in Richmond, VA and plays a crucial role in financial management by leveraging business intelligence and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage financial reports and analytics platforms using Tableau, bridging complex data into actionable insights.
  • Undertake highly complex data analyses, modeling, and forecasting to provide accurate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and innovate reporting solutions supporting enterprise performance summaries and detailed analytics.
  • Lead initiatives on data collection, process improvements, and solutions, often presenting findings to management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on matters concerning budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
  • Ensure data consistency, assist with database maintenance, and develop queries and reports as necessary.

What We Require:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 5 to 9+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Tableau or Power BI. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and database management is essential, along with a background in financial reporting and/or modeling. Experience with Workday or Adaptive reporting tools is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The position offers a salary ranging from $97,300.00 – 133,760.00 if hired as a Senior Analyst, and $109,700.00 – 150,810.00 if advanced, depending on experience and qualifications. Work Schedule and Location:

The role requires being onsite at Richmond on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week within a hybrid work model.
