Job Overview:

Join IQVIA as a Business Intelligence Analyst and support our account management and business development teams in executing data acquisition strategies. Your role will be instrumental in providing high-quality, timely information solutions to our data supplier partners and driving business growth through insightful data analysis.

Essential Functions

• Deliver high-quality information services to a range of data supplier customers.
• Gather requirements, develop custom reports, fulfill report requests, and respond to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine mathematical data analysis to craft customer-specific solutions for unique business challenges faced by data supplier partners.
• Validate data deliverables to ensure they meet customer specifications regarding timeliness and quality.
• Identify and communicate proactive marketplace insights to customers.
• Serve as a backup for other analysts as needed.
• Maintain effective internal communication with teams to stay informed of activities within the customer base.
• Proactively expand knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace, including traditional (pharma) and non-traditional (supplier) applications of IQVIA data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least four (4) years of related experience in business analysis and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Technical proficiency with relational databases and business intelligence tools used by IQVIA is preferred.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace, focusing on Retailers, Mail Service, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Wholesalers.
