About the Business Intelligence Analyst Role (Temporary Contract)

Join our Business Intelligence team and play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. This position requires merging analytical skills with business knowledge to propel our company strategies and enhance our market presence.

• Conduct sophisticated BI applications on customer accounts and target high-value opportunities
• Engage in strategic discussions and project updates during regular team meetings
• Research and provide support to stakeholders through advanced data compilation
• Maintain and develop complex customer hierarchies and project trackers
• Respond promptly to communications across various platforms
• Create and update necessary training documents, assisting team members as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in analysis, business development, sales, or in a technology-driven field
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Electronics, Software, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using industry standard practices
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis software
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other business tools
• Must have outstanding client service and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

The salary for this temporary contract position ranges from $70,000 to $78,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
