Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Cint, you will tackle complex data-related challenges, directly impacting our strategic decisions and operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to answer essential business questions, managing data requests, resolving data discrepancies, and aiding in the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards. This role requires effective collaboration across various teams, including working closely with business partners and engineers to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the business intelligence domain.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and understanding of DAX.
• Experience in developing and supporting Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in diverse team settings.
• Adaptability to work in different shifts, accommodating multiple time zones.
• Commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
