What Will You Be Doing?

The Business Intelligence Analyst provides valuable insights to clients by analyzing market data and addressing key business issues to maximize growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for the reporting space. They must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, actively participating in implementing both solutions and technological approaches, architectures, and applications to deliver insights that drive growth. This international role is based in our Centre of Reporting Excellence (CoRE) in Athens.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from internal (Product Development, Sales) and external (Customers) clients.
• Develop new features and support existing processes through proprietary tools.
• Prepare test plans and assist in testing activities of implemented solutions.
• Leverage your (and the team's) technical skills and knowledge to drive improvements and maximize benefits to the wider team.
• Continuously improve processes in daily work.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in relevant BI programming roles.
• Excellent knowledge of VBA and MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with BI tools (IRI Unify, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SAP BI) is an asset.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to understand key business indicators and translate them into business strategies.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels and functions.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for delivering stellar reporting experiences (R-X).
