Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Interpret business unit needs and translate them into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Work with complex data sets, validate and transform data, and execute in-depth analytics.
• Collaborate with upstream teams to facilitate production-ready data pipelines.
• Develop streamlined dashboards, automate routine tasks, and craft intuitive visualizations.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests and support various strategic initiatives.
• Provide detailed transactional and customer-level analysis using significant data volumes.
• Assess potential risks, aid with new product launches, and gauge post-launch impacts.
• Balancely utilize available resources and deliver inventive problem-solving solutions.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for the Business Intelligence Analyst position will have:

• Over 4 years of professional experience with SQL for querying, joining, and transforming data.
• Advanced skills in building Tableau dashboards.
• A self-driven attitude, with an inherent curiosity and capability to tackle difficult problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently without extensive supervision.
• Strong data extraction skills and the ability to adapt existing queries and dashboards to new challenges.
• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for transforming raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Client-focused approach coupled with exceptional time management and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, able to summarize solutions and their business implications.
• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information System, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
