Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal part of the Growth Performance team, you will:

  • Design and maintain robust BI and analytics solutions transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Enhance and manage the Salesforce CRM’s functionality and effectively deploy releases.
  • Develop intricate reports using Power BI, integrating varied data sources and setting up efficient data flows.
  • Drive process improvements by reviewing business flows and implementing advanced Power BI reports and automation with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and design engaging, interactive BI dashboards and reports.
  • Assure data integrity and accuracy through thorough analysis, understanding the business context.

Who You Are

Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience in BI and data analytics, proficient in creating interactive solutions and complex data models.
  • Skilled in project management with a focus on CRM and reporting solutions.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL/DAX.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and additional knowledge of SAP BW is advantageous.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and experience in data modeling.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving impactful outcomes.

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
