Role Overview:

As the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Lead, you will spearhead our data analytics team, enhancing data processes and uncovering novel insights to propel business growth. Your role is crucial in aligning data analytics strategies with the company’s broader goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of data-centric projects ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Data Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to craft and implement strategic data solutions that integrate seamlessly with our business objectives.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop sophisticated models and visualizations that translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with business units to tailor data-driven solutions that address specific needs and enhance decision-making processes.
• Data Quality and Governance: Maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance, upholding the company’s data governance frameworks.
• Tool Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of cutting-edge data analytics tools and infrastructure.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously refine our data capabilities and infrastructure.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Expertise in SQL, Python, or R, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. A thorough understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ELT processes is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-$185,000, plus eligibility for annual discretionary incentives.
