Blackstone, the premier global investment firm with over $1 trillion in asset management, is seeking a visionary Business Intelligence and Spend Management Lead, VP - Global Procurement to elevate our operational efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic data insights and innovative BI solutions.

About Your Role:

As the Business Intelligence and Spend Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of leading transformational projects across our Procurement division. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Strategic Sourcing, your mission will be to analyze complex data sets to identify meaningful trends and develop state-of-the-art solutions that drive effectiveness in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide digital transformation initiatives to foster growth and improve operational performance.
• Design and implement a comprehensive BI and spend management vision in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance the procurement cycle, including RFP facilitation and data collection.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging BI trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify essential KPIs and optimize benefits realization.
• Create analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 8 years in data analytics or spend management, with preferred experience in procurement or BI.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation with strong technical skills in BI tools like Tableau and Sigma.
• Proven project management abilities with a knack for influencing others.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $185,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. Please note this does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
