Location

This hybrid role is based at our headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA, requiring three days a week in-office.

About the Role

As a BI Architect at Arctic Wolf, you'll be instrumental in defining and executing our data analytics strategy. Your tasks will include designing BI solutions tailored for business operations stakeholders, establishing data governance frameworks, and optimizing BI tools and processes. You will also lead a team assisting analysts on their data journey, ensuring our strategies align with overarching business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and fine-tune reporting strategies to drive insights and inform decisions, keeping abreast of BI trends to enhance organizational practices.
  • Data Governance: Implement robust frameworks ensuring data integrity and compliance, while managing tool configurations and data management optimizations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor BI analysts and developers, prioritizing projects and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various department stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, promoting a data-driven culture.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, showcasing capabilities in developing BI strategies and solutions. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of data governance, BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and programming in SQL among others. Strong leadership and analytical skills are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
