Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Architect looking to take your career to the next level? We invite you to join our Planning & Analysis (P&A) Innovation and Transformation Team. This team is responsible for defining the project roadmap and collaborates closely with senior management and stakeholders across Financial Analysis, Corporate Technology, and various lines of business.
Our team partners with Corporate Technology to ensure the high-quality delivery of solutions by utilizing an Agile software development lifecycle. As a Senior Associate in a Business Intelligence Architect role within the Financial Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategic financial analytics, reporting, and future state forecast aggregation products.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement future state solutions for financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis products using modernized cloud-based BI tools.
- Collaborate with Technology and various Product teams in an Agile work stream to meet program goals and deadlines.
- Create detailed financial business cases and user personas to support various business initiatives.
- Engage with lines of business, operations, and project partners to identify and gather process improvements.
- Design and build new models, reports, and dashboards to deliver financial results efficiently to senior management.
- Work with business and technology partners to provide analytic solutions for month-end results, forecasting for the remainder of the year, and budgeting for future years.
- Manage relationships and communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, or a related data/technical field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or Technology.
- Advanced experience with two or more BI toolsets, such as Essbase, Atoti, Alteryx, Tableau, Anaplan, FluenceXL, and Databricks.
- Proficiency in cloud-based BI solutions, particularly AWS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing large data sets and presenting conclusions concisely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Team player respected as a trusted partner by Product, Technology, and FP&A teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, roadmaps, and status reports. Proficiency in project management software (Jira and Confluence) is a plus.
- Experience using UX Design Tools (e.g., Balsamiq) is a plus.
- Experience in Finance / Planning & Analysis is preferred.
