Work Schedule

This part-time role requires 20 hours per week with flexible day hours. No evenings or weekends are required!

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a basic understanding of information systems and programming, typically acquired through an associate’s degree program, and preferably have 1-2 years of practical experience in an ambulatory environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Database support and EHR report assistance
  • Modification and support for custom reports in SQL reporting services
  • Support data dashboards and data warehouses for reporting needs
  • Data design and reporting for quality improvement programs
  • Maintaining an organized report store and documentation
  • Assisting end-users with report specifications and usage
  • Involvement in data validation within the EHR system

  • Effective remote collaboration via video and email
  • Collaborative work with the MIS team and across departments

Physical Demands

This role requires typical office environment activities, including visual acuity for using a keyboard, operating office equipment, and reading printed material. Regular communication and the ability to visit other locations are also required.
