About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT department. This position is crucial for leveraging omni-channel and customer data to nurture informed business decision-making processes. Your role will involve data collection and analysis to derive valuable insights, managing BI dashboards, and facilitating process optimizations. You will engage closely with executives and peers across departments in a swift-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze company-wide business processes to support various projects.
• Interpret business needs from stakeholder discussions into actionable data-driven goals.
• Maintain, develop, and oversee dashboards, data models and reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through stringent validation and quality checks.
• Lead training sessions and create comprehensive user guides for new systems and processes.
• Drive innovations in analytics, including AI integration and partnerships with technology providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and Linux Shell Scripts with substantial database management experience.
• Minimum of two years in retail data analysis covering areas such VeryGoodRetailCompany.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and advanced capabilities in Excel.

Compensation

Salary Range: $73,424 - $82,898
