Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Specialist (Looker & MongoDB)

As we experience rapid growth, we're seeking a highly capable Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. Requirements The BI Dashboard Specialist will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining our business intelligence dashboards to guide data-driven decision making at Steer Health. You will cooperate closely with a cross-functional team and report straight to the Data Analytics Lead. Proficiency in Looker and MongoDB is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, construct and maintain crucial business dashboards using Looker - Use MongoDB for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis - Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data correctness and integrity - Conduct user training and develop documentation for dashboard functionality - Collect business requirements to guide dashboard design - Regularly update stakeholders on dashboard performance metrics and KPIs - Coordinate with other teams to implement data-driven solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in BI dashboard development - Significant experience with Looker and MongoDB - Solid understanding of BI best practices, data structures, and SQL - Capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: - Experience in the healthcare industry - Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Basic Python knowledge for data manipulation - Proven expertise in training and mentoring team members Benefits - Competitive salary and performance bonuses - Comprehensive healthcare coverage - Flexible working conditions (remote and on-site) - A vibrant, inclusive, and supportive work environment - Potential for career growth and development
