Opportunity Overview

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer at Cleerly, you will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven decision processes. You’ll be tasked with developing and maintaining sophisticated Looker dashboards and managing our backend data warehouse, directly impacting strategic decisions across the company. This position offers the unique opportunity to become a data expert within a leading healthcare innovator.

About the Team

Our BI team is a diverse group of engineers, product managers, and analysts spread across the U.S., passionate about leveraging data to empower decision-making. We are committed to delivering insights that drive the strategic objectives of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain influential dashboards for varied business segments.
• Manage complex LookML elements like views, models, and explores.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and product leaders to define precise business data needs.
• Ensure data integrity to maintain high trust across business functions.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and visualization to support urgent business needs.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in SQL particularly in Snowflake environments.
• Proficient in data visualization and the use of dashboarding tools, preferably Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management capabilities with a knack for prioritizing shifting needs.

Impress us even more with: proficiency in Python, familiarity with AWS, expertise in Data Engineering via Airflow, and experience in the healthcare or startup ecosystems.
