Role: Business Intelligence Coordinator (BASES Forecasting Team)

As a Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will mentor analysts in developing sales forecast estimates and serve as a trusted advisor to NIQ clients, guiding them on optimizing sales and investments based on launch potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and initiative strategies.
  • Guide analysts in developing analysis, checking numbers, criticising results, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Act as a client expert on forecasting services, resolving issues, engaging in technical dialogues, and training clients on methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot analytics and quality-related issues, leveraging analytical excellence and senior insights when necessary.
  • Indirectly manage and mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
  • Participate in organizational task forces and special projects.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for deliverables, questionnaires, and study designs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in Consumer Research, Market Research, or Marketing.
  • Strong project execution capabilities and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop junior associates effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage conflicting interests.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and navigate difficult conversations.
