Key Responsibilities

• Define BI Data & Analytics strategies for a specific Business Unit within Vodafone Italy and coordinate the work of multiple on-shore and off-shore resources
• Make independent priority choices in collaboration with business partners, assessing business benefits
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of management dashboards and analytics products to support decision-making
• Anticipate business needs requiring analytics and prototype predictive or prescriptive data products leveraging machine learning algorithms
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to diagnose business opportunities and recommend actions through effective data storytelling techniques

Core Competencies and Experience

• Degree in STEM or Economics, with a passion for Data Analytics, Statistics, and Business Management
• Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to enhance Data Analytics technical skills
• Financial acumen and a strong interest in Vodafone’s business
• Ability to influence stakeholders and be an effective team player
• Proficiency in translating complex analytics concepts into business-relevant language
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable navigating a complex, multicultural organization
• Skilled at balancing priorities and managing ambiguous requests

Requirements

• Previous experience in stakeholder management or evident potential in this area
• Experience with tools such as Microstrategy, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, SAS, KNIME, Python, and SQL is highly desirable
