Job Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence, Data Specialist, you will:

• Partner with leadership across departments to understand and support their data needs.
• Design, construct, and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines across various platforms.
• Ensure exceptional data quality and manage SLAs for the business domains you own.
• Develop and maintain core datasets, dashboards, and models to visualize our impact across multiple dimensions.
• Communicate insights through various mediums like presentations, dashboards, and automated bots.
• Guide and educate team members on the optimal use of data driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Physics, or a related field.
• Have at least one year of professional experience in the Business Intelligence, technology, or analytics sectors.
• Possess in-depth knowledge in data warehouse design, ETL development, schema design, SQL, and building data pipelines using Python.

Location & Compensation

This position is available at our dynamic Meta offices. Our compensation package is competitive, ranging from $167,481 to $168,520 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and numerous benefits that support a healthy work-life balance. Individual pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
