Position Overview:

At CommuniCare, we're looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to lead the creation and maintenance of our business intelligence reporting, software, and related infrastructure. The role you’ll play within our dynamic team is crucial for supporting business decision-making and optimizing business performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will:

• Engage in data mining, perform statistical analysis, and manage databases to support both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop system-wide clinical, financial, and operational reporting solutions.
• Utilize technology to design presentation tools and normalize data sets for comprehensive business analysis.
• Design and develop relational databases, input collections screens, and ensure effective data presentation.
• Maintain and create SQL Server Reporting Services reports and SQL queries for robust data analysis.
• Configure and sustain servers with SQL Server engines, alongside planning and implementing computing infrastructure for business intelligence tools.
• Consistently evaluate and enhance deployed business intelligence systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support the organization’s needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest in business intelligence systems and server databases.
• Tackle additional duties as needed to support the team’s objectives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least three years of experience in developing and managing business intelligence tools.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including extensive experience with data queries and managing flat files.
• Must obtain Solutions Architect AWS Certification within six months of hire.
• Proven ability in database query building, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility with scheduled hours and/or work location changes as needed.
