Job Summary

WFS is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our Operational Excellence & Business Performance team in North America. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing end-to-end business intelligence solutions that democratize data across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand business questions, create analytical data assets, and craft visualizations to generate informative reports and dashboards. This position requires a deep understanding of our data infrastructure, enabling you to develop and maintain critical reports and dashboards that support daily operations. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, insight requests, and data extractions to address complex business reporting challenges.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop enterprise self-service metrics and dimensions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standard definitions in collaboration with data governance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and develop new reporting assets.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, data marts, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Lead data-related projects from inception to deployment with oversight from BI management.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our data infrastructure, advocating for scalable growth and infrastructure sustainability.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.
• Develop Python scripts for data analysis and automation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power BI Service.
• Proficient in SQL and DAX for complex queries and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices, including ETL processes and data warehousing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, and working in an Agile environment.
• Power BI Certifications and proficiency in Python for data tasks.
• CI/CD and Git experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at both technical and business levels.
