At JLL, a globally recognized leader in real estate management, we’re currently seeking a talented Business Intelligence Development Analyst to enhance our JLL Technologies Team. This crucial role focuses on crafting top-tier Data and Business Intelligence solutions tailored to our applications and client-specific requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SSIS, SSRS, Alteryx, and Tableau, adept at data management using SQL. Your responsibilities will include database back-end development and design, ensuring robust data analysis and management across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data analysis tasks using SSIS, Alteryx, and SQL to retrieve, process, and validate data from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain SQL views, tables, and advanced queries to address specific business inquiries.
• Create and deploy BI solutions like interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, effectively sourcing data from multiple origins.
• Engage in continual validation and refinement of BI tools to produce reliable, actionable insights.
• Identify and implement enhancements for data processes and analytics to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Independently tackle complex data management projects, ensuring timely delivery of all objectives.

Who We Are Looking For

Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field, backed by at least 6 years of experience in related technologies. A strong foundation in SQL Server and proficiency in creating complex data visualizations and dashboards is essential. Experience in cloud technologies like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Required Technical Skills & competencies:

• Proven expertise in Tableau, SSRS, and ETL tools such as SSIS and Alteryx.
• Strong skills in SQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Capability to produce detailed technical documentation and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
