Key Job Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will:

• Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure accessibility for business analysts.
• Develop new KPIs to address and resolve business challenges.
• Design user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Analyze and refine data to support business decisions.
• Engage in both long-term projects and daily operations (KTLO) such as enhancing automation, generating reports or tools for new business requirements, and streamlining data access for analysts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with OLAP technologies and BI Analytics, including hands-on experience managing data tables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools such as OBIEE, SAP BW, Cognos, Business Objects, Hyperion, BPM, Tableau, or Microstrategy.
• Ability to conduct basic statistical analysis.
• Japanese language skills in a professional setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience leading process improvement projects in Manufacturing, Distribution Center, or Logistics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the capability to balance competing priorities.
