Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance measurement and data management systems with clear oversight.
• Direct and manage strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications.
• Ensure local utilization of regional/global analytics systems and extract business insights from descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Develop models for sales forecasting and correlation analysis.
• Facilitate organizational data strategies for design, implementation, integration, and usage.
• Analyze various data sources and compile periodic reports on company performance and competitor activities, enabling sound business decisions.
• Ensure excellence in descriptive analytics to enhance business decision-making capabilities.
• Create daily and weekly sales performance analyses for sales teams in relation to month-end sales targets.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and dashboards for business units.
• Interact confidently with the commercial team, challenging assumptions and decisions using data and evidence.
• Write, communicate, facilitate, and present effectively at all levels of internal staff and management.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends, searching for licensing opportunities and alternatives for long-term company growth.

• 0-2 years of experience (pharma experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work across boundaries and functional areas.
