About the Role: Business Intelligence Intern

OpenX Technologies, Inc. is excited to offer a summer internship within our dynamic and high-performing Business Intelligence team, a core part of our Finance organization. This is an incredible opportunity suited for a current undergraduate or graduate student keen on a career in data analytics. Dive into complex data sets, design impactful quantitative analyses, and gain insider knowledge about the ad tech industry directly from one of its leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
  • Support in developing performance and revenue reporting tools.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc analysis with business segment managers.
  • Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses that offer actionable insights.
• Forecasting and Budgeting:
  • Help in preparing accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Ad Tech Industry Exploration:
  • Learn about the ecosystem, industry dynamics, competitors, and business models within the ad tech sector.
  • Work alongside various internal teams on high-impact projects.
  • Present your analyses and recommendations to senior management.

What You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Beginner to intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with different teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
