About the Role: Business Intelligence Junior Lead

Curated is seeking a Business Intelligence specialist with a background in e-commerce, finance, or related fields. In this role, you will utilize data to drive strategic business decisions and enhance user engagement on our platform. Key responsibilities include:

Data Collection and Business Acumen

• Proficient in navigating, adjusting, and visualizing data using BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Query our database using SQL to retrieve data not yet integrated into our BI platform (Looker).
• Ensure the accuracy and business relevance of queried data.

Data Analysis

• Analyze customer data to decipher purchasing behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Create reports to address specific issues under investigation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate initiative performances.
• Expert in using Excel/Google Sheets.

Communicating Data Insights

• Clear and precise communication.
• Present weekly reports and dashboards to management, offering in-depth analysis.

Team and Thought Leadership

• Lead a team of data analysts and BI specialists, prioritizing their tasks and driving performance.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Be inquisitive and proactive.
• Own your work and take pride in delivering excellence.
