Job Purpose: At HEINEKEN Vietnam, the Business Intelligence Lead plays a pivotal role within the APAC Data & Analytics Hub, headquartered in our D&T department. This strategic position is designed to drive the creation of scalable and standardized data foundations throughout the region, enhancing Heineken's capability to achieve its ambitious goals through cutting-edge innovation and robust technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple functions such as sales, finance, and marketing—handling requirement gathering, dashboard design, and business sign-offs.
• Prioritize projects and manage resource capacity planning efficiently.
• Employ advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning and predictive modeling to deliver insightful business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain critical data models and schemas to support efficient data querying and analysis.
• Create and uphold data dashboards, ensuring accurate communication of insights to key stakeholders.
• Champion data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in data analytics to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Design and implement experiments to quantify the impact of deployed analytics projects.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key partners in Global Analytics, regional hubs, and other Heineken operating companies.
• Communicate analytical outcomes effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitatively inclined discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles.

Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient with the Microsoft BI Stack, various RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server and Oracle DB, and familiar with data transformation tools like SQL Server Integration Services and Azure Data Factory. Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau is crucial.

Core Skills: Successful candidates will exhibit strong project management capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and be effective communicators in both English and local languages. Experience in an agile work environment and familiarity with JIRA are preferred.
