Role Overview: Business Intelligence Lead

As a Business Intelligence Lead, your responsibility extends beyond analytics. You’ll define key metrics, and delve into a deep analysis to foster data-driven decision making. Translate business challenges into analytical agendas, lead insight generation, and mentor a team of analysts. Your expertise in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like PowerBI will drive performance trends and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic pod analytics, influencing decisions through data-backed insights.
• Liaise effectively with business and product teams to define analytical frameworks.
• Champion the design and dissemination of insightful dashboards.
• Shape the analytics landscape by mentoring team members and leading recruitment efforts.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 4-6 years of analytics experience in relevant fields.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen business acumen.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView).
• A solid grasp of data analysis languages like R or Python is preferred.
• Experience in ML model building is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
