Join Our Team as a Business Intelligence Lead at Accurx

At Accurx, we're on a mission to transform communication within healthcare settings, and we're seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to help us continue our path of innovation and excellence. Leading our BI function, this role offers the opportunity to greatly impact our Go-To-Market and Commercial teams by providing critical data insights and supporting informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As the Business Intelligence Lead at Accurx, you will:

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports across the company.
• Work closely with the Product Community to deliver Power BI embedded reports that aid NHS users in their daily operations.
• Interact directly with our Go-To-Market community, enhancing data accessibility and impacting key business strategies.
• Lead initiatives to promote data governance and determine optimal setups for our BI tools.
• Manage end-to-end BI solution implementations that are crucial for real-time decision making.

What You Will Bring

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, particularly within commercial sectors.
• Advanced skills in SQL and other database languages.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong capability in building, optimizing, and scaling effective business intelligence solutions, both internally and externally facing.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Passion for leveraging data to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
