Role Overview

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be critical in overseeing data collection and reporting for the local business, serving as a key partner to the Local and Cluster leadership team. Reporting to the Head of CS&I and BI DACH, you will collaborate with the local team to provide top-tier market insights.

Scope of the Role

Enable Business Goals & Commercial Strategy

• Key partner in delivering data reporting to the local & cluster leadership team to support business goals.
• Responsible for retrieving, combining, structuring & summarizing sales data (sell in, sell out & DVRP) from commercial teams, and creating dynamic dashboards with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements & understand business needs (Central, CS&I, Marketing, Sales, Key Retailers, Data Providers).

Develop Leading Business Intelligence Principles

• Act as the data partner for CS&I teams to address commercial challenges and opportunities.
• Expert in data visualization: Create reports & dashboards using tools like PowerBI & Excel.
• Interpret local & central systems, unifying data for a consistent 'One Perrigo' source of truth across functions.
• Identify automation & process improvement opportunities, collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions. Set up connections to underlying databases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, IRI, Nielsen, IQVIA) & build data models in a SQL Datawarehouse.

Build Capability & Enable Success

• Optimize processes & tools for maximum efficiency and impact.
• Support the transformation from Excel dependency to dynamic/visual dashboard capability, enabling data-driven decision making. Provide local advice & coaching.
• Lead the deployment, training & adoption of dashboards/reports, continuously improving user adoption & sophistication of insights.
• Actively contribute to the CSCI Business Intelligence community by sharing and reapplying knowledge.
• Serve as a key partner to the cluster, central, and local CS&I community, fostering community capability.

Experience Required

• 5 years+ experience in business analytics with specific experience in data visualization.
• Preferred experience with IRI/Nielsen or other syndicated data sources.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM systems.
• Proven track record of managing analytically rigorous corporate programs.
• Proven history of designing and building reports & dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience in people management (1 person to manage).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
