About This Role

As our Business Intelligence Manager, you will spearhead a variety of projects aimed at enhancing reporting efficiency across Central and Eastern Europe. You will promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, challenging business norms and driving growth. This role can be based in either Kyiv or Budapest, with a flexible remote work policy allowing you to work up to 60% from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a culture of data-driven excellence to influence strategic and executional choices.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and generate insightful business intelligence that propels business growth.
• Develop advanced BI solutions by collaborating with leadership to understand their goals and priorities.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Design and implement automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Manage and optimize data systems and models while leading the BI community toward new solutions and innovations.

About You

Experience and Skill Set:

• Proven expertise in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics is a plus.
• Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Excellent project management skills with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization, along with advanced Excel skills.

Education:

• University degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is essential.
