This role is key in driving innovation within our Consulting Technology team and supporting over 1,000 associates globally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop actionable insights by creating reports and dashboards for effective business decision-making.
  • Understand and align with business stakeholders’ objectives and critical performance metrics.
  • Translate data into impactful visualizations for Gartner Consulting.
  • Share your expertise to enhance the analytics impact within the team.
  • Challenge data validity and assumptions; recommend enhancements for improved analytics.
  • Design efficient strategies for user-centric analytics.
  • Educate stakeholders on data, tools, and visualizations.
  • Perform quality checks on all analytics before delivery.
  • Maintain version control and create comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance existing processes.
  • Drive best-in-class data visualization and insights for Gartner Analytics.
  • Strengthen relationships with business stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Optimize code to enhance visualization performance.
  • Ensure all analytics demonstrate tangible business value and meet defined requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent level qualification; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of analytical experience in Data and Analytics, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau (8-12+ years).
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering.
  • Proven track record in creating analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex processes into scalable solutions.
  • Experience in using analytic techniques to contribute to business growth and key outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing architecture and dimensional data modeling is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and experience with SCRUM teams.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and technical environment.
