Your Role: Business Intelligence Manager

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Business Intelligence Manager to join our Copenhagen office.

Your Mission

As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of business intelligence strategies at Too Good To Go. Reporting to the Director of Analytics and managing a team of five, you'll be a key leader in our Global Analytics team. Your responsibilities will span various functional areas including Operations, Marketing, People & Culture, and Finance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify key priorities for the Business Intelligence team
  • Coach and develop your team through continuous feedback and skills development
  • Set up processes, tools, and workflows to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain consistency in data definitions across systems in collaboration with technical teams
  • Identify business opportunities for data-enabled workflow solutions

Our Requirements

  • Significant experience in delivering self-service analytics solutions
  • Proven experience in setting and delivering team priorities
  • Experience in managing and developing team members
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Driven by a strong understanding of the "why" behind your work
  • Passionate about data literacy
  • Proactive mindset with excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and git
  • Proficient in at least one BI/Data Visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
