About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Manager at Truelogic Software (ID: 1993), you will have a strategic role reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Applications. This critical position supports the execution of the company’s business intelligence strategy and involves:

• Developing decision support systems that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Leading initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making across the company.
• Collaborating with data engineers, support team members, and business users.
• Articulating the BI vision and managing the BI team.
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify and meet their data analytic needs.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your main duties will include:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for BI needs.
• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable BI systems.
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data reporting.
• Developing and executing BI strategies with usability and scalability in mind.
• Championing the use of BI tools such as PowerBI and Looker to create impactful business intelligence reports.
• Promoting a data literacy and data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
