Exciting Career Opportunity: Business Intelligence Manager at Glanbia Nutritionals

Glanbia Nutritionals is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead and innovate in our North American Procurement and Procurement Services operations. This key role is based in Twin Falls, ID, and focuses on operational excellence, project management, and process standardization.

The Opportunity Awaits

Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement Operations, the Business Intelligence Manager will:

• Act as a subject matter expert in Procurement Operations and Systems.
• Develop and optimize automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP capabilities and procure to pay systems.
• Perform data mining and regression analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate between Procurement Operations/Services and IT to enhance system performance.
• Implement change projects and improve workflow processes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

We're looking for a candidate with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, PowerBI, JDA, with a preference for Lean/Six Sigma certification and SAP certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes within SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
