What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into powerful data visualizations and dashboard reports.
• Lead the design and development of dynamic reports and dashboards, ensuring both interactivity and aesthetic appeal.
• Administer comprehensive data handling from collection, cleansing to transformation for optimal use in analysis tools like Power BI and Graph.
• Optimize report performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficient data exploration through expertly implemented data models and calculations.
• Participate in and oversee data integration and quality assurance, working closely with engineers and analysts to bolster data governance.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to agile processes to streamline project execution.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Are You the Right Fit?

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing visual reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficient in SQL with a solid foundation in creating curated datasets for reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of data security practices, particularly in implementing row-level security and understanding security models in BI tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Databricks, SAS, or Graph.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing professional relationships across diverse audiences.
• Active US Federal Security Clearance is required.
