Job Title: Analytics Senior Manager

Location: Chennai, India

Your Role

As an Analytics Senior Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director of C&NA based in the US and play a crucial role in building and growing our Chennai team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of athena’s revenue cycle products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes in our India operations facility.
  • Consulting with partners to define metrics and measure initiative success.
  • Planning and executing projects with strategic and tactical guidance.
  • Focusing on back-end engineering, analysis/visualization, or leading scrum teams as a product owner based on your skills and business needs.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in quantitative fields like Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • 15+ years of experience in a data analytics environment.
  • A proven track record of building successful teams with prior management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of BI and data warehousing tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Strong skills in relational databases, BI tools, ETL processes, and OLAP technologies.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript, Python).
  • Experience with Data Visualization/BI Tools like Tableau or Sigma.
  • The ability to create actionable reports and synthesize complex data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience working in an agile scrum environment.
