At Delta Capita, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to enhance our Data, Technology, Automation, and Testing (DTAT) team. This pivotal role focuses on crafting, developing, and maintaining advanced BI solutions to help our clients make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

BI Solution Development:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret their requirements into potent BI solutions.
• Optimize BI tools for improved performance, usability, and scalability while maintaining strict security protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Perform detailed data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive reports to aid in strategic initiatives and daily operations.
• Apply statistical techniques and data mining to interpret complex datasets, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Data Management:

• Manage data integrations and ETL processes, ensuring data consistency and quality across diverse sources.
• Maintain robust data models, schemas, and documentation essential for effective data management.
• Ensure seamless data integration and flow in collaboration with IT and data engineering teams.

Collaboration and Support:

• Engage with cross-functional groups to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
• Offer technical support for BI tools and address data-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BI and data analytics technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a BI Specialist or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL tools, and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills are essential.

Preferred Skills

• Programming knowledge in Python or R for data analytics.
• Understanding of big data technologies and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud platforms and BI certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
