About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at Exiger, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by analyzing multilayered data sets and generating insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization, contributing significantly to our strategic planning and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, identify, and interpret trends in complex data sets to fuel strategic company initiatives.
• Act as a strategic analytical partner, providing valuable insights that impact the entire organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define, refine, and achieve key business metrics and objectives.
• Employ a variety of analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python to automate processes, analyze data, and deliver insights.
• Create data-driven executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings and influence company strategies.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced skills in SQL and database management are required.
• Experience in automating data processes using Python or R.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau or Sisense is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in a clear, comprehensible manner.
