As a Business Intelligence Supervisor at TE Connectivity, you'll lead a dynamic team to push the boundaries of what's possible with data. Key Responsibilities:

• Steer our Business Intelligence team, implementing strategic data analytics to boost data literacy and foster a strong data culture.
• Define the team's goals, distribute resources effectively, and provide support to enhance insight generation.
• Employ advanced data modeling techniques to unearth key insights from vast datasets and turn these into actionable strategies that drive business success.
• Provide targeted evaluations for business units, handle diverse data formats, and ensure seamless integration between data sources and systems.
• Generate compelling and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate strategic value and informed recommendations.

Candidate Profile

What your background should look like:

• Over 5 years of experience applying Data & Analytics in solving business issues, with at least 2 years in a management role within a Data Analytics team.
• Proficiency in AWS Redshift, Python, Business Objects, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• A solid grasp of SAP and Salesforce will be advantageous.
• Expertise in statistics, mathematics and the development of effective KPIs/metrics.
• Customer-focused approach with proactive problem-solving skills and excellent listening abilities.
• The aptitude to foresee, address, and fulfill analytics needs swiftly and efficiently.
