Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional who will deliver high-quality, timely development and on-time input for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. Assignments will vary from basic analysis and problem-solving to developing complex solutions and leading small teams, all while meeting client satisfaction objectives. The role also includes developing modules and low-level designs and supervising technical quality standards for both onshore and offshore developers.

Essential Functions

• Assists in reviewing and analyzing client requirements and participating in proposal development.
• Prepares detailed documentation and specifications.
• Conducts basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Supports Analysts and Consultants in designing and structuring presentations.
• Acquires basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Develops an understanding of IQVIA's technology solutions and their application in client scenarios.
• Handles engagement responsibilities assigned and managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.
• As a business analyst, validates client deliverables and directs the activities of an offshore project team.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to work willingly and effectively with others to achieve team goals.
• Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external influences on decision-making.
• Knowledge of consulting methods and tools relevant to the functional area.
• Awareness of current events, industry developments, and major competitors.
• Understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations, key figures, and companies.
• Effective time management skills.
