Qualifications:

Required: Graduate with relevant experience

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Retail

Role Summary:

As a Campaign Analytics Manager, you will spearhead our data-driven strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive business growth. This position involves close collaboration with data analysts and scientists, innovating in conversion methods, and continuously enhancing campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Revenue Contribution through Analytics:

• Lead key initiatives to meet business objectives through strategic multi-channel customer engagement.
• Develop and execute data-driven customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to share insights and strategies for business enhancement.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure high returns on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance, incorporating learnings to optimize future campaigns.

B. Technical Skills & Abilities:

• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities alongside quantitative and analytical prowess.
• Understanding of CRM, UNICA, and SQL is highly advantageous.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
