About the Position

As a Business Intelligence/Reporting Specialist, you will convert complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. Your work will include designing interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing analytics processes. You will collaborate with team members across various departments to understand their needs and develop effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements to design and deliver intuitive reporting tools.
• Create wireframes and coordinate with stakeholders to refine designs.
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely analytic products.
• Enhance data documentation and support training initiatives.
• Uphold the quality and reliability of data analytics and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in data analysis and strategy implementation.
• Expertise in SQL and Data Visualization Tools like Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong background in data modeling and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Healthcare or Medical Tech sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure, Python, R, Scala, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work within GMT+6 to GMT+4 time zones.
