What You Will Do:

Data Management:

• Handle input, upkeep, and verification of account and contact data across various teams including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success in our Salesforce CRM.
• Ensure all data complies with policy standards and governance models.
• Contribute to aligning legacy data with current policies.

Data Quality Enhancement:

• Evaluate the integrity of data against internal and external benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Legal and Sales departments to agree on necessary adjustments.
• Engage in user acceptance testing for data solutions across multiple systems like SFDC, Oracle, and more.
• Recommend strategies to improve data quality and handle data-related support issues.

What We Require:

• An Associate's degree or higher.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
