We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI to join our team at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and integrating business systems that enhance program management and financial analysis. You will:

• Design and maintain advanced tools using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.
• Provide direct support to U.S. Navy programs, interacting closely with government clients.
• Manage the creation, upkeep, and administration of essential program management tools, covering aspects such as scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and project status updates.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing program management tools with Microsoft Power Apps / Power BI.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance. Current holders of SECRET or higher clearances will be preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Robust analytical skills with a focus on financial data management and problem-solving.
• Experience in project management, including reporting and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Previous experience supporting Navy or DoD financial/program management operations.

Salary & Benefits
