Job Description

Mission:
Maintain and consistently update product data and cataloguing information for our brands (Wolf, Champion) and private label products across various databases (e.g., LIS, PIM, ADMIN, TecDoc, X-checker, etc.). Utilize Excel to analyze data from different systems, identify discrepancies, and correct them.

Responsibilities:

• Support the optimization of cataloguing and data flow processes.
• Ensure data is efficiently and accurately transferred from internal systems to other platforms such as websites, customer portals, and platforms.
• Assist with various data-update processes within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain top-quality cataloguing product data, adding value for our customers.
• Configure data to meet customer requirements and adapt it for various digital formats used in automotive industry catalogs.
• Provide support to the Product and Marketing teams with data analyses and overviews.
• Collaborate with database managers and colleagues on data and database optimization and maintenance.
• Act as a backup for product data specialists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of experience in Data Management, preferably in the Automotive and/or Chemical sectors.
• Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of pivots, VLOOKUPs, concatenations, etc.).
• Basic Access Database skills (loading tables, basic queries, etc.).
• Knowledge of cataloguing data systems (PIM, TecDoc, X-checker) is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in qualitative product information and exceptional attention to detail.
• Structured approach to tasks and actions; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to connect data from various sources.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
