Position: CCOR - Data Analytics / Transformation Associate

Location: Hyderabad, Corporate Centers, India

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) team is instrumental in safeguarding the execution of the firm's compliance and risk mission. We are seeking a proactive and skilled CCOR - Data Analytics / Transformation Associate to enhance our 2nd Line of Defense CCOR operations across various business lines including Corporate and Investment Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Commercial Bank, and Consumer Community Banking.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage automated testing scripts aligning with CCOR Compliance Testing activities in accordance with firm’s policies.
• Construct and maintain scripts to effectively extract data for testing activities from the systems of records (SORs).
• Engage in the documentation of business requirements for automated solutions and streamline SOPs for CCOR Testing team handovers.
• Deliver analytical solutions to business problems utilizing platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Alteryx, along with SQL and Python coding.
• Utilize strong communication skills to create precise user stories and design automation pathways.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in automation utilizing coding, low code, or no code platforms.
• Strong ETL and Data Management Skills with a solid technical background.
• Preferably certified in Alteryx, Power BI, and Xceptor.
• Ability to multitask, managing multiple automation projects concurrently.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
